I have loved fashion for as long as I can remember, in fact my passion probably begun at 5 and even my dolls wore clothes designed by me! I used to help my mother pin the clothes that she was making and she made lots, including a skirt for me made from an umbrella! I wish I had a photograph to share of the 'umbrella skirt'.  As a 12-year-old I found and sold clothes and by 14 I was selling clothes on the first open market in Minsk, Belarus. I began modelling at 18 and by 22 I began my first job in a fashion store. I worked at Joseph when I arrived in London – it was meant to be a temporary one, but I ended up staying over a year. From Joseph I went to Ralph Lauren where I gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the fashion industry, becoming their top salesperson in Europe. I had intended to do a degree in history of art and architecture but had become totally consumed by the world of fashion and therefore decided to dedicate myself to it full time. Travelling is another passion and having lived in London, Belarus, Sweden, Bahrain and Dubai, it has given me a greater knowledge of what and how to dress in different climates with different cultures.
